If your application for a grant has been successful there are a number of things your organisation will have to do in order to receive your grant.
To obtain your grant you will need to;
These come in two main categories; accounting conditions and process conditions.
Process conditions mean that we must have received the following basic documentation from you;
Accounting conditions mean that in order to process a claim from your for grant payment, we will need;
It is a condition of the Programme that funded project include on advertisements, publicity materials and project documentation an acknowledgement of funding from LEADER and also, wherever possible, the LEADER, EU and Scottish Government logos (logos can be obatained from the Programme Secretariat).
Typically such acknowledgements would state that your project 'was part financed by the European Community Highland LEADER 2007-2013 Programme'.
Where signs are erected, for example during installation or building works, these also should acknowldege LEADER funding. Additionally, funding acknowledgement plaques/signage or finished projects, should also bear acknowledgement of the LEADER grant assistance and the logos.
LEADER grant payment is dependent upon compliance with the GAEC and with a number of specific legal requirements known as SMRs. Together, these are referred to as 'Cross Compliance' and relate to a broad range of impacts upon the rural environment. Please see the following links for more information;
